Equipped with a quick-drying, breathable upper and gripping Rubber outsole, your feet will be prepared for wet and wild conditions on water or on land. They are made of thick quality leather. Hold good to the foot, a good thick tread that is not flimsy at all. They can be used on different terrains, and worn for longer periods of time without discomfort that you get with (especially) neoprene water shoes. It also comes with a quick-release buckle that aids for easy on and off use.

    NOTICE:Due to Covid-19, many shipping companies have been experiencing delays. You can typically get updated information about delays by contacting your local post office.
    If your tracking status shows that your order was delivered but is nowhere to be found, give it 3 business days because most of the time orders show up a couple days after due to forces out of our control. Unfortunately we have no control over USPS or any other shipping service and therefore cannot be responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages once they leave our facility.
    +Make sure to ask your neighbors if they came across any of your dank maymays.
    + If you live in an apartment or multi-unit building, check your front desk or package collection area to see if they're hiding your package.
    + Call the nearest post office (USPS post office in the U.S.) and give them your tracking number, often they have it waiting at the facility for you.
    + INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Contact or go into your local post office first, sometimes they are holding on to your order even after it shows delivered.     Sometimes mistakes happen while your order is in transit to you and it ends up back at our facility. We'll reach out to you if this ever happens.
    We will email you if your order gets returned to us by mistake. There are two options available to you when this situation happens.
    1)If you get back to us and want a refund, we can refund you.
    2)If you get back to us and want your order reshipped, we will recheck with you about your shipping address in an attempt to ensure you receive your order and arrange a new shipment immediately.
    We want you to LOVE everything you order. If something doesn't fit right, you'd rather have a different product, or maybe you just want a different design. We made it easy to exchange items.
    You can exchange items from your order for any reason.
    + Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
    +Exchanged items must be unworn and in brand new condition.
    +If you want to exchange damaged or defective items, please take a look at our policy for Damaged and Broken Items. All defective exchanges will be processed at no extra cost to you.

    The time frame of order delivery is divided into two parts:

    Reviewing an order, printing shipping labels, packaging products, and handing over shipments to a shipping carrier all contribute to an order's processing time.

    We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


    If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.


    If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.


    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


    To start a return, you can contact us at service@hobibear.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


    Exceptions / non-returnable items


    Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as freebies, giveaway items), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.


    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.



    Exchanges


    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.



    Refunds


    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
