At Hobibear, we understand that situations may change and you may change your mind. That's why we have established a 24-hour cancellation policy. This means if you cancel within 24 hours of purchase, you will receive a full refund of your order.

Exceptions to the Cancellation Policy

Please note that we CANNOT accept cancellation requests once the order has been shipped. Once your package has left our warehouse, unfortunately, we are unable to reverse the process.
