Return process

Please contact us on our website and specify the item(s) you wish to return and the reason.
After receiving the return instructions from us, please use the original packaging to pack the item(s) to be returned.
Hand in your package at the local post office.
Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

Please make sure you double-check your returns before mailing them out. We are not responsible for returning non-HOBIBEAR products. Note: The original shipping fee and shipping guarantee are non-refundable.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
