The sizing is good, the elastic laces work well, The body of the shoe is a little rigid, the back of the heel cuts into the tendon and the toebox is stiff and bites around the toes

My husband loves these shoes. He has diabetes and horrific neuropathy in his feet. I have spent hundreds of dollars over the years to find comfortable shoes for him. I love my new shoes so much! I had been wearing the same brand of shoe since high school, and now nearing 40, they just weren’t working anymore. I had painful corns on my toes, and my pinky toes were actually bending into my other toe. My barefoot shoes have given my toes so much room to spread out! My corns are almost gone and my toes are straightening back out! I can tell that this will be my first of many pairs of Hobibear shoes!

I love these shoes, I got the red ones for a pop of color in my wardrobe. I think they're great except they do run larger than I thought. It fits okay widthwise especially when I can tighten the shoelaces but lengthwise it is an inch too long for me. I got the smallest size available 6/37. I do have smaller feet than most women, but that does make me sad that I can't have a pair that fits me. Or maybe I'll take a look at the kids sizes. I'm going to keep the pair that I have because I do genuinely like it and I think since it fits widthwise I can make it work I did buy another pair of a different model and that one fits pretty well. It seems like this specific model is a tad too long/big.

I wish they had half sizes. I wear a 6.5 normally. I first ordered a size up (7) but it was WAY too big. So I ordered a 6 and the tip of my big toe slightly rubs the front of the shoe. I like that the shoes are wide but wish my toe wasn’t touching the front of the shoe. MAKE HALF SIZES!
