Order a 10 1/2 and wear to small , then orders a size 11 and literally the same size as the 10 1/2 and still to small
These shoes are cute and so comfortable. My only complaint is that even with measuring my foot and going with the matching size they are too small length wise. As they are from the US it’s going to cost too much in postage to send them back so I’ve given them to a friend. They are a great quality.and though my toes were hitting the tops they are impressively comfortable. I recommend ordering a size up with these.
Hello! I think your products are fine just maybe not for me. The first pair I purchased was cute but too small so I bought 2 more pairs and the bigger size is too big and although the other pair are the right size, the shoe is not comfortable. They are very stylish but maybe not for my feet. Thank you!

Absolutely love my shoes! My feet no longer hurt. I work retail so I’m on my feet all day long. I will be buy many more of these shoes
Size is too small. Let customers know that they should purchase a shoe at least a size larger than normal. How do I return for a refund or exchange? No real information on that to make it easy.
I didn’t realise they were Velcro on the side. Makes it weird getting the tongue in the right spot. Got the same size as I different pair of Hobibears yet these seem half a size too small. Could not return as I threw away packaging as soon as I hit them.
Shoe was comfortable but wrong size and you wanted me to buy another pair instead of exchanging these. Not happy will not purchase again.
