Expanse - Wide Toe Sneakers

Hi Team, I hope you’re having a great week! I’m a big fan of Hobibear—my previous pair (size 10.5) has been absolutely perfect and easily one of the most comfortable shoes I’ve owned. Naturally, when I needed a new pair, I didn't hesitate to order the exact same size (10.5) in a different model. However, this new pair seems to be playing by a slightly different set of rules! It feels quite tight on the sides, and my right heel keeps stepping off the inner left edge of the sole. I’ve worn them twice hoping they’d settle in, but my feet are definitely holding a grudge afterward. Since I love the brand and really want to make Hobibears work for me, could you help me out with this? I’d love to get your advice on what we can do here or see if we can arrange an exchange for a fit that works as wonderfully as my first pair. Expanse - Wide Toe Sneakers

I want to know why these shoes are sold in USD when I can buy them on Amazon in CDN? When I buy them from your "Canadian" site, $49.99 isnt a sale at all. It works out to about $70. But on Amazon they're $50. Why can't the Canadian site have Canadian prices like Amazon does?
