Order a 10 1/2 and wear to small , then orders a size 11 and literally the same size as the 10 1/2 and still to small
Not enough support for me.
I have had my right foot hurting me for a year and not being able to wear hardly any shoes until I found these tennis shoes. Hobbibear has helped me now be able to walk without hurting and having pain like I did before I have two pairs now and will probably be buying more.

Was suggested online that they run small. I ordered my normal size then they arrive and i am unable to wear them. They were too big. I have no idea how they feel i was not able to use them. They gave me a percentage off and percentage off for future orders but seeing how its so expensive to send them back and iffy on sizes i wont be buying anymore
These shoes are cute and so comfortable. My only complaint is that even with measuring my foot and going with the matching size they are too small length wise. As they are from the US it’s going to cost too much in postage to send them back so I’ve given them to a friend. They are a great quality.and though my toes were hitting the tops they are impressively comfortable. I recommend ordering a size up with these.
Hello! I think your products are fine just maybe not for me. The first pair I purchased was cute but too small so I bought 2 more pairs and the bigger size is too big and although the other pair are the right size, the shoe is not comfortable. They are very stylish but maybe not for my feet. Thank you!

LOVE these sneakers! They are so comfortable because they fit perfectly, a women's wide. Love the styles too. These are my fourth pair, btw. That's how you know I'm serious
The back of these shoes dug into the back of my ankle on my foot leaving a deep red groove. I can not wear these shoes they hurt me.

Absolutely love my shoes! My feet no longer hurt. I work retail so I’m on my feet all day long. I will be buy many more of these shoes
Size is too small. Let customers know that they should purchase a shoe at least a size larger than normal. How do I return for a refund or exchange? No real information on that to make it easy.
I didn’t realise they were Velcro on the side. Makes it weird getting the tongue in the right spot. Got the same size as I different pair of Hobibears yet these seem half a size too small. Could not return as I threw away packaging as soon as I hit them.
Shoe was comfortable but wrong size and you wanted me to buy another pair instead of exchanging these. Not happy will not purchase again.
