Track Your Order

You want to track your order? When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from service@hobibear.com containing your tracking number. Depending on the ordered product, it may take up to 7 working days before the email is sent. Once you receive the email, you can enter your tracking number below to check your delivery status.

Things to Note:

Order numbers are not updated immediately with the available delivery status. If the tracking number you entered shows as currently unavailable, don't worry - your order has been shipped and is on its way to the next postal center. Tracking should update within a few working days. Depending on the destination, delivery of the order may take 10 to 15 working days.

If you see irrelevant advertisements in the tracking popup, we apologize. We use a third-party for order tracking to ensure the best tracking results, hence we have no control over the ads displayed. We appreciate your understanding.
