Returns & Exchanges

Free Delivery on order over $25 and 45-day Return.

Return Process

1. Please contact us on our website and specify the item(s) you would like to return and the reason.
2. After you receive the return instructions from us, please pack the item(s) to be returned with the original packaging.
3. Drop off your package at your local post office.
4. Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. Once your refund is issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

 

Return Policy

1. You have 45 days to decide if an item is right for you. If you wish to return or exchange the item, please contact us within 45 days of delivery.
2. Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packaging. We do not accept returned items that have been worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
3. We only accept returns that have been shipped and sold by HOBIBEAR.com.
4. We do not accept returns that have been sent back without a proper return request.
5. We do not provide Freight To Collect (FTC) service for packages returned to us. 
6. Please be sure to double check your returns before you ship them. We are not responsible for returns of non-HOBIBEAR products.
7. Please note all clearance items are not eligible for return or refund.
8. Shipping costs are Non-Refundable.

Defective/manufacturing errors/quality problems	Refundable we are responsible for the return shipping fee.
Does not fit me (wrong size / color ordered)	Refundable, but customer is responsible for return shipping fee.
Changed opinion (subject no longer desired)	Refundable, but customer is responsible for return shipping fee.
Wrong item received (Wrong / missing item from the package)	Refundable, we are responsible for the return shipping fee.
Package damaged upon arrival	Refundable we are responsible for the return shipping fee.
Incorrect shipping information	Please review your shipping information when you place orders and let us know if you would like to change the shipping information.
Other (Please specify in additional notes)	Please contact us, we will do our best to help you.

 

NOTE: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. This is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
