Great shoe for driving. Wider width is very comfortable compared with most purpose designed driving shoes, and helps with heel/toe technique on manual cars with a bit of space between the pedals.

The wide toe box is perfect. However, the heel area is still a little loose. I just added another pair of socks (no one sells wide toe box with a narrow heel). Durability is unknown because I just received them but they are a good looking shoe.
