They are too small, and it is a headache to return them. Customer service could be more helpful

My seven-year-old little granddaughter loves the shoes. She complains that regular shoes pinch her feet. She has blocks for feet. Although I wouldn’t mind if it was a little bit more decorative they certainly are sturdy.
My grandson has so many sneakers and all of them don’t fit properly! His feet are very wide …I found out about your product thru a plantar fasciitis group I belong to .
