The shoes look great and feel amazing but they were too small. I’d give 5 stars if the customer service was better. I am pretty sure the emails are all ai because it was difficult to just get a return address. I have to pay for shipping to return. Then wait for them to receive it. I measured my son’s foot and went by the size chart but they were too small I don’t think I should be paying to return and wait before they will send me another pair. But I’m still gonna get another pair! Just size accordingly
