I sent two emails to customer service about this order and have not received a response. As you can see from the photo, I received 2 shoes for the right foot, which does me absolutely no good. I do not know how to return them or how to get them replaced. A response would be nice. Until then, I will not order anything from Hobibear ever again and I will not recommend anyone I know order anything from your company either. RESPOND TO MY EMAILS!!!!!!!

Best shoes I’ve ever worn. Ridiculously comfortable! I’ve always had trouble getting shoes to fit. EVERY pair of shoes I’d wear I’d be in pain until I wore them in but even then I couldn’t wear them for long periods of time. Hobibears?? I’ve traveled overseas and had no trouble at all. Walked for hours. Stood in lines for ages and never had sore feet. They’re amazing. AND it’s the way shoes should be designed.

These boots are pretty comfortable. I generally prefer natural leather shoes, but these aren't bad for faux leather. The only complaint is they are a little noisy when I walk,. They make a sort of rubbing, squeaking sound Which I find annoying. Not sure if anyone else can hear it. Maybe that will resolve once they are more broken in. We'll see.

I would love to buy these shoes, but the size 9 is too small and the 10 is too large. Why is there not a 9.5 in women’s? Please add that size! It’s definitely a common problem, I guarantee 9.5 is a really common size! Thanks, Julie Smalley Jsmalley618@yahoo.com

Unknown, your shoe just is not made for my foot. The foot opening in the shoe is to small. I have a high instep arch and it is hard to get my foot in the shoe. When I finally did it was too tight across the toes and really hurt at my little toe.

I was sent the wrong size and after multiple emails was told that I would have to return them at my expense and, only after they confirmed my return met all the criteria, would I be issued a new pair. I have several pairs of Hobibear shoes and have always been happy with the quality and price. However, good customer service is a big deal to me and I find it lacking in your company. I won't be a return customer.

Well, now looking back at the sizes, I got a 10 because it looked like they didn’t come in 10 1/2. And then now going back on the website, they do have a 10 1/2 men’s so I got the wrong ones very uncomfortable so make sure you choose the proper size and if it’s men’s or women’s
